"Yoga therapy is a valuable addition to traditional talk therapy. Yoga allows us to process our experiences in a somatic way. The tools from this tradition provide us with invaluable resources to regulate the nervous system and bring awareness to the mental and physical patterns that hold us back. Yoga therapy is a modality that allows us to relate to ourselves and the world around us in a new holistic way. The practices of yoga and mindfulness have been instrumental in my own healing journey and I have seen it benefit so many of my clients."
