We use a Family Systems approach which allows each member to better understand their role in conflicts and more importantly conflict resolution. Our goal is to help your family connect in a deeper more meaningful way, to find common ground and to laugh again.

    Group therapy is a place for people to experience connection, support and feedback leading to deeper self awareness. We help members learn new ways of relating to others through careful guidance, modeling, education and having fun.

    Therapeutic Yoga

    Therapeutic Yoga is one-to-one offering, tailored to you & your body, comfort, experience, and needs, that empowers you in the healing process. You will be an active participant in learning and practicing techniques to relieve and address mental, emotional and physical needs, symptoms and concerns. A yoga therapy session can include physical movements, breathing and meditation practices, and use of mudras (hand gestures).
