Individual Therapy

In our individual psychotherapy sessions we provide a safe space to talk about the personal and life challenges you are facing. We work together to address what is most important to you providing emotional support, guidance, and tools that promote healing and growth.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy can provide a safe space to process important issues which arise in relationships and allow partners to learn and grow together. We want to help you communicate with one another in more supportive manner so you are heard. Our goal is to help you to become more present and loving even through challenging times.

Family Therapy

Your family can be viewed as a system of interconnected parts, with each member serving an important role. We use a Family Systems approach which allows each member to better understand their role in conflicts and more importantly conflict resolution. Our goal is to help your family connect in a deeper, more meaningful way, to find common ground and to laugh again.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a place for people to experience connection, support, and feedback leading to deeper self awareness. We help members learn new ways of relating to others through careful guidance, modeling, education and having fun.

Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy is one-to-one offering, tailored to you and your body, comfort, experience, and needs, that empowers you in the healing process. You will be an active participant in learning and practicing techniques to relieve and address mental, emotional, and physical needs, as well as symptoms and concerns.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

An innovative, evidence-based approach that combines the therapeutic benefits of Ketamine with traditional psychotherapy to help individuals overcome resistant depression, anxiety, OCD and trauma.
